Is Balder the Burg?

Balder was a country reduced to ruin by undead outbreak. The burg is infested with undead. Rendal hacked a drake to pieces. The parish has its own drake. You find a coin with Rendels face on it in anor londo where there would be treasure left over from when the land was filled with humans. There are Balder Knights all over the parish and sens. Yet nowhere else. We know Oolacile is darkroot, could another place be a city we though lost?

Hmm, we do technically never get told what exactly Lor is, I mean it could be a large land that these cities find themselves in, or a massive city system which each district within it. I mean if you look out from firelink you'll see all of the different sections with walls in between them, including the great swamp which is a lot bigger than blight town.

The dead human Balders could be proof. If they were human when they died they likely died in the outbreak of undead. Why would Rendel bring humans with him on an undead crusade. Also there no mention of Rendel taking a journey to Sen's. It just says "Rendal tried to reach Anor Londo but failed in Sen's Fortress." He makes it sound like Sen's was nearby.
