    I have been infected by my Gravelord comrade in almost every area we can get to. From undead burg to parish, Sen's to anor, the forest to painted world... Well, they STAY in my world even after I kill the boss for a long, long period of time. The time is never the same, however I am permenatly infected in painted, sens, and burg still. I was still infected in parish, and I was farming for items for Frampt.

    Again and again, I have received the same form of Armour more than anything else: helmets.

    This game mocks yolky with a passion

    How? I desperately want to be GL'd in every area you mentioned.

    *edit* well, almost every area. I've experienced Anor Londo twice and the Parish once. The Parish BP was an absolute BADA$$ though.

    A friend who is a Gravelord will surly help. He or she gravelords you, the Infector puts white summon sign down, and you summon her. When you do, their is a high chance you will see blacks. Might take some time to appear, or show instantly

    Well over 1000hrs in, nearly 20 toons, and still never been infected by a gravelord.

    Acidic, the game mocks me even more. I wish I could be infected, but I have have seen Black phantoms all of twice in my entire playing of Dark souls.

    How does that work btw? Do you rest at the bonfire and the Black mobs show up, or do they just immediately spawn?
    Can they spawn when hollow?

    Depends. Sometimes they show up in a world immediately. Sometimes a quit and reload will start it, or a rest at a bonfire.

    Be warned, thou... BPs will respawnable when quit and reload, unique only to BPs. Stay sharp

    Meh. They have truth to them.

    Me, yolky, and friends are having a blast with BPs. Although it is not always the BPs being hard, but more so the exploitation of darkwraiths using them. I have cleaved enough to make an army with the amount of guts I have earned from phantoms. At least it is more than mine.
