Even if it is portraying a bad stereotype, yes they could do exactly that. If they had enough dollar I'm sure someone could marry their kids in the Sistine Chapel with the pope running the order of service! (though not sure ho w many catholics you get in america..)

Yeah, you know what I just realized? In a lot of mario RPG's he often opens letters from Princess peach, yet how could he? He has very thick gloves, and so does Luigi. Some of the other characters like a Koopa might be able to, but usually they're either the enemy, or just a character in the background. There have been a few situations, but like seriously what does he do? Does Geno break open his arm to reveal a letter opener? Come to mind Super Mario RPG is probably the only one he could have done it in as otherwise he had followers without hands, ghosts, Ghoomba, etc. But Bowser, Geno, even the princess herself could probably open the letters for him.

Does this bother anyone else?
