APB thread?

i got this idea from one of our unfortunate members who had his PSN id stolen from him,

what if we were to keep and update our own APB or "Book of the Dead", and dedicate it to listing all of the players whom refuse to fight fairly (ie chain BS'rs, BB glithers etc.) and list thier names, current lvl (essimate?), and platform in a thread as our own personal reference guide. See one of those guys while invading/being invaded? Bring them a tall cool glass of retribution courtesy of the forum!

Part of the rules of the forum states you cannot state or single out PSN ids or XBL names against their will.

I personally though think that a name and shame list is a bit negative to our cause, would look bad on us saying we're hunting down players just because they don't play the way we want them to.. :|

There are a lot of privacy issues around this is the thing. As well in the Forum Guidelines it's mentioned that posting the PSN's of other people without their permission is not allowed.
