Havels shield,how much increase the poise?

I don't think any shield increases your Poise. That's an armor stat, not for shields.

@Mon The special ability from havels shield does increase your poise.
@Rap I'm pretty sure its a significant boost, aruond 30 or 40.

It's more than 30-40, but it doesn't show up on the stats screen, so it's hard to pin a number on it. That being said:
