Climb the ladder; climb the path to the right; keep going up. You'll find a couple of ladders built into the walls. You'll come out on a cliff above the start of Tomb of Giants. Jump down and circle the Pinwheel boss area to the right. You'll come out on a cliff where you can jump down to the Catacombs. Just fight your way backwards to Firelink.
If you still need help, I'll think about coming back out to the first bonfire.
Are we in range if I'm SL101? Maybe I can increase my soul level, but I don't want to do that.
