The only slightly annoying thing to me about my opponents is that some of them beat me! Im competitive so I always feel a little annoyed when I lose. It isn't their fault (or is it?) but it's a love hate relationship with my opponents anyway.

Outside of losing due to my own shortcomings I don't find much annoying about them. Anything they do to us is simply their tactic.

pixel im really not trying to be rude so please dont take it that way. Ive done plenty of posts about stuff like this myself, but do we really dont need another dark souls annoyances thread?

i kinda feel like stuff like this is sending the forums in a bad direction. we dont want the forums to just become a place where we complain about the negative aspects of dark souls, right? like i said please dont take this the wrong way im not trying to single you out just kinda worried at the amount of these posts popping up.

I have to agree with this one. Complaints seem to dominate these forums a lot of the time.

On Topic: I hate people who buff a Greataxe with CMW, DMB, or SLB, and then proceed to either backstab me, or use lag to stunlock me.

Sometimes I hate myself for not being able to win.

Mages, they annoy me. Courtesy demands I let them buff, Honor demands I fight them toe-to-toe. I am also annoyed with myself with having this personal rules when I duel. I do have a different approach when I go forest hunting though.

My shiny +5 lighning avelyn does help with mages. It only works the first time though. The element of surprise is lost after the 1st shot.

I hate people that send me messages after i kill them. For example calling me a noob or a *** bcause I backstabbing them... I'm sorry, but backstabs are a game mechanic and if your trying to spear me from bhind a shield, or casting/drinking estus when I'm RIGhT in front you, I will backstab your *** off a cliff.

Any time I have they act like cowards (running away to heal, teaming with a phantom, never letting go of the block button)

Fight damn it, take the punishment and if you lose you lose!

Also, calling OHKO Hornet's Ring ripostes cheap is BS (so punny). If you attack that predictably you deserve to die.

Come on, man. Stop making me counter BS you. It's BORING.

Two main things that annoy me:

#1. Seeing so much of the same build. BKGA and full Havel's only bother me because it's pretty much all I ever see. The unoriginality is just irritating.

#2. When people bow after an unfair fight. If you're gonna 2v1 me or constantly heal throughout a fight, don't bow afterwards. That's a surefire way to make me hate you.

The only thing that bugs me are Ninja fliping heavy armor and the BKGA...I can't stand that weapon! 360 degree (or close to it) of hit box!

1) MOM mask. The thing is just gag-inducingly ugly as far as I'm concerned, You want your extra HP? That's fine, doesn't mean that I have to like looking at your ugly mug.

2) People that disconnect after you beat them so that you don't get your souls and Humanity. Don't be a sore loser, it ruins the game for everyone.

People that get naked mid duel and rub up on your character are the worst, I'm like "stop it, I don't know you" but these guys just don't quit

Great, now I want to participate in training/harassment by invading naked in the forest, parrying an attack, and just moving back and forth slightly during the brief safe period...
