Hi all, I'm not sure if this is common knowledge, but I was summoned into someones world as a gold phantom and I accidentally parried the master of the world. I had no idea this was possible, but it's a great way to practice parrying in PVP and adjusting to lag. We spent twenty minutes parrying each other, trying out different weapons and movesets. Jolly Cooperation!

Re: friendly spirit parrying
Welcome to the forums!
It iss not well known. Most people accidently discover it. Whenever I get summoned these days I try to parry the host just to show them it can be done.

I do it to point out that I want to kill the target. It works about half the time, the other half think I want to parry fight them.

Re: friendly spirit parrying
Ya I also thought this was common knowledge...any chance to practice parrys is awesome!
You know what's really fun tho is parrying people then doing a gesture instead of a RPSTL...I got 1 guy last night 6 times then finally hit him with a RPSTL

Re: friendly spirit parrying
Lol sure is I have done that with my 225 darkwrath...sometimes I fight with 2 dark hands and velka rapier with hornets...then parry with darkhand and steal humanity with the other...then parry again with a velka rpstl...or die trying lol!!
But my new 120 I was using is a DMB and sadly I don't have a darkhand...I don't wanna loose my lvl 3 buff!
