This is actually the second free content pack they're going to release for ME3, I'm excited for this one because it's making the awesome Vorcha available to play.

Lots of rumours going around that the "Phoenix" is actually the Protheans.
Still remains to be seen, unless of course someone has the right link to show what this "Phoenix" actually is.
