Very rhetorical, Fire whip doesnt scale, so no use for 46 dex, Chaos whip is better than fire whip, replace RoF with Bellowing Dragon ring for more pyro power.

Of course it is, although having no Crown of Dusk or Bellowing Dragoncrest Ring is a shame. I do so love having super powerful pyromancy

The 45 Dex is for speeding up casting time.

You're gonna have to rely on chipping hits with the whip and pyros, but if you can dodge then it's possible. Also you've enough extra weight to put on the shadow garb chest. A lil extra defense never hurts.

I dont see why you need the RoF and thorn armor (which is rather heavy with medium armor gain.)
Your fire notched whip is another fault, the Normal whip buffed with pine resin will do more and look better.

looks good.that extra point in dex doesnt speed up the casts. it tops out at 45. other then that its lookin like you know what you're going for.

Seriously though, you'd do much better with a Normal +15 whip buffed with Pine resin than the Fire +10.
