I was thinking on having a Blueberry Orb Eye, with the Moon being cookies and cream. The background being dark blue, with icing that is of... hm... gotta think on that. However, white sprinkles for stars.

Chaos Cake will be easy. Lots of mixture of Red, being cherries, strawberries, and some raddish (chaotic, I know), with a demon head worth of dark chocolate, cookies and cream, lemon, and hard bricks of almond chocolate on top. Chaotic, with different mixtures of bitterness, sweetness, sourness, and heat. Possibly add some cinnamon for the red as well.

Well, it will probably be similar to that of Darkmoon Covenant, except it will be more of a balance of white, silver, and blue. Possibly some green as well. Some pictures of the night, cats, forest, and maybe the grave of artorias. Probably will be the most complex in terms of design, rivalling Chaos Cake.

icing, possibly the cat will be a thin waffle shaped as the cat, with grey and white icing. Cheese Cake, maybe. Fruit Cake, no. Cheese cake is good, but fruit cake does not seem appropriate. Maybe... The covenant is not as fruitful as the others, although more so than the Dragon Covenant by far. Still, I think cheese cake would be a good choice. Would taste good too.
