Honorable Forest PvP

This past Saturday night I was in the forest with my lv 120 build as the host.. I was invaded constantly by Hunters and Dark spirits.. I was having a blast I was not really farming, hell I have about 9mil souls and can do nothing with them cause I don't want to lvl up anymore.

I have two toons one is a hunter and the other is a Host. I chose to be the host more often cause I get invaded faster.. I must say that 60% of my duels were honorable I had about six 3on 1 fights but for the most part there was only one hunter that constantly handed me my a** one a plater..lol.. He would wait till I fought the other hunter and when it was done we both healed / bowed and fought. He then stared invading as a red and did the same a few times a blue would attack him and I would wait let him heal and then engage. It hit me that with the heavy amounts of invasions the forest would be a great pvp place if everyone would just stop the jumping and cheap tactics..lol

The forest has great atmosphere. It's much better than the dreary gray of the kiln. That said, I hope it never becomes 100% honorable duels. I like getting jumped by multiple campers. It gives me a chance to practice pivot stabbing, WoG, etc., without feeling bad. A little variety in pvp also does wonders for replayability. It's been a loooong time since I've circled around the little square in the kiln with some dude wearing giants, a family mask, and either a kat or a BKGA. I don't miss the monotony.

If you want more honorable pvp, try painted world.

It is true that the forest has a great atmosphere, I don't think anyone has to worry about the forest ever becoming 100% honorable..lol. I have done the Painted world and Kiln.. The problem with those lately is all you get is BKGA and Havel armor..lol I ran into that so many times that it forced me to change my armor just to stand a fighting chance.

I'm not experienced in back stabbing and my Perry's need help so when I fight a poise tank I try to stay mobile and keep a good distance. Also, the forest has much more invasions. Sure, allot of the fighting is quick cheap tactics but that's how you learn.. when I first went into the forest I couldn't win a single match against one let alone 2or 3.. now I have a fair win lose ratio. that's why I think the forest would be a great pvp area especially if everyonce in a while, you get to have a fair duel..lol

i love the forest it just amazing the open space is so awesome and as you say forest hunters are good and honrable players they are a mixture of noobs and high lvs i newer been a hunter but i lv pvp in the forest most of the time i use it on my darkw toon for pvp on the other hand i hate the darkmoon ther are a load of ******* noobs i never got a good fight in dark londo i hate the lock on change i hate that the blades attack no matter how many phantoms your fighting and that most of them spamm wotg ot use that stone sword to backsabb you as they are too weak to do it normaly

Love the forest aswell. I might quit being a darkwraith in order to join the forest covenant again because it's way less cheesy and boring. After two days dueling at the Kiln, I cant stand the sight of Havel's armor.

Blazefury - come on back to the loving arms of Alvina:) . We can always use the help. Being in the forest convenent is never boring - every battle is different eventhough you can get beat down by 4 campers at the same time regularly. I could really careless about the pvp honor thing - it is all out war in the forest simple as that. The experience obtained fighting 2v1, 2v2, 3v1, 3v2, etc is what makes this covenant the best in my opinion. It's so glorious to witness two FoC members, two campers and multiple invasions by red phantoms trying to outright destroy each other.
