    If I kill all of them (all of the Covenant's Leaders), will they all respawn for NG+, without any retaliation ?

    I would like to kill every npc in this wonderful game! xD

    Yes Dark Hand them first, many will let you do it more then once. Then parry/riposte them for an epic kill!

    I killed Andre. Cool hammer. I kill Vamos. Cool hammer. I kill the Giant Blacksmith. Really cool hammer. I try to hit rickert. Can't with my main weapons. Not a magic build so only one slot available. I go get pyro. Can't hit him. I have to bone back to fire link every time to switch and not even tempest hits him. Gravelord sword dance? Nope. Don't have wog so finally I try every weapon I can. I eventually manage to poke him too death with a base spear and
