It's an uneven episode for me, a lot of potential, poor execution. It's another 6/10 for me. I also think the character of Trixie is unfairly scapegoated for the terrors which Twilight is forced to handle.
Sure she was talking a lot of trash, but she can hardly be blamed for the inexcusable actions of 2 stupid ponies.

Boast Busters gets an 8.5/10 from me. Definitely one of the better episodes. The "have confidence in yourself" message is something I'm still struggling with on a personal level so it resonates with me personally really nicely, but it loses points on Trixie being annoyingly obnoxious (as opposed to endearingly obnoxious like I seemed to remember :|) and for severe lack of Fluttershy. Seriously...Fluttershy could have solved everything much faster!
