You never used WoG did you? I thought you just nailed me to the floor with that spear. regardless usually I can deal with WoG fairly well

Nah, I think I pulled out a WoG or two on most of the leaders I had to fight for that challenge.

On a side note, "rooster"y is blocked. Guess I'll have to use arrogant from now on.

Not being arrogant, I freely admit I have some massive flaws when it comes to this game and that you are a better player than me. however I'd like to think I'm pretty good at I framing WoG simply through repeated painful punishments of my mistakes.

Nah, I was just joking. I don't know what it is, but I never really had trouble timing to dodge WoG. Spells are ridiculously easy to dodge.

Hmm. I feel like there is some spell I have trouble with but I cannot put my finger on it... soul spears irritate me because you have to roll but I am perfectly capable of doing so...

The build looks so so, I really don't like SL 80 hybrids. If you are ok with the low HP, then go for it. I would lower Dex to 14 and still buff the kat with SLB, but increase HP to 40 or 50. I would use DWGR for more poise too.

Well, I'm tired of the DWGR so I'm just not using it anymore, and it would almost kill me putting all those points into VIT on a SL 80 build. I had to give up on the Chaos Blade because I was having a hell of a time getting 16 Strength on this.

Then again, I am hardly an expert on SL 80 builds...

NOTE: If it doesn't work out I can always make another.

Drop faith to 28, raise Str to 16, and replace Sunlight Blade with another WoG, then use Chaos Blade with 10 Humanity.

Also, use Canvas Talisman instead of the regular one.

That's actually pretty tremendous advice. I'll consider it.

Except I don't think your covenant allows me to use the Canvas Talisman.

If you're aiming for the Chaos Blade I would ditch faith and make a pure Dex with Power Within maybe.

Yeah, I don't know, I'm conflicted. I feel like I'll see this one through but make another one as well.

My first SL 120 builds weren't so hot either...

would this be good? You can swap one of the WoGs for something else. Dusk crown will make them stronger. And replenishment is seriously underrated, just ask jovias.

I had to use the ring, hybrid builds really benefit from it. Once your buff runs out, take out the Halberd. Once you are rank 3, you could change it for a G. Halberd or Scythe. Then at rank 4 you could use the Great Scythe. Change armors according to your taste, but for a kat build, you only really need to have 36 poise minimum, because you are not going to stunlock, but hit and dodge, hit and dodge.
