With that low amount of DEX, you'll end up getting BS'ed before you can even cast CSS. IMO any INT casting build is an automatic DEX build, mainly because that casting speed it vital to the everyday giant ninja flippers we call "pvp'ers"

maybe you should upgrade att less and dex more, i dont think all those slots are necessary, at least for me, 5 is enough
