Reply to your question. No sorry I play on the Xbox 360, I have a PS3 but I own DarkSouls for the xbox. If I manage to scrap some money to get Prepare to Die for both PC and DLC then I'd enjoy a little skirmish.

I have tried pyro. I think I have even used pyro in pvp in my early days, I speak from being on the other end of it.

I did not lose a single match to a pyromancer last night, despite fighting 3 different people using it to varying extents multiple times. nor the night before and stating before that would be guesswork on my part.
I have lost to them in the past however I am not claiming it cannot be used.
The only pyro that nearly got me last night used a combination of roll poke and GC and damn near had me. the one who tried to use GCF in the bit before the stairs as an enclosed space got backstabbed or poked. or stunlocked. he sent me ragemail after our 4th match. he hit me with the fireball once and the lava twice if my memory is accurate.
(I dont call it hate because it was not offensive. just irritated at me.)

The forest? Yeah, I go there for various reasons. Mostly because as an invader you can be sure you'll never be in a 3v1 situation (They tend to be the worst backstabbers).

I don't know you. I neither like or dislike you. I neither like or dislike your name. If your name was "super ninja" my goal in invading you would be to bs you to death, preferably from stealth. Its not personal at all.

Forum....we might need to change your name to forum troll. As for Twop, i dont mind it i guess. I had a match with a yt uploader the other day and the first match was legit, although i felt as if he wasnt trying. Then right as his health was low the second fight he cast twop and spammed wrath. I actually thought he was casting replenishment, cause he did at the start of the fight, so i just let him thinking "eh, why not the fight can go on". I guess what im saying is, i really dont mind twop in situations where i expect "dirty" fighting. It's when people use it in a situation where its kinda obviously looked down upon. Like an area like the burg, the only way to avoid it is to leave the fighting area by running(so its obviously annoying). In the forest though where you run around anyways i dont really care. I agree that everyone has the right to play as they wish, but we all know whats annoying.

As with most niche playstyles, it just takes time. At first I got pooped by BS punishes, but I was considerably more effect within even a few hours. Just keep doing it.

It's called creativity, and if they don't like it they can eat your flames.

TWoP i really easy to counter. It only lasts ~20 seconds, they can BS you while you cast it, they can make jumping attacks to "dodge"(you have to time them right though), they can run away, spam their own spells or just block with a dragon crest shiel/BK shield (everyone should have one of those in their menu).
I don’t have anything against it. And if someone falls for it then it’s their own fault IMO. You should expect a lot of hatemail though.
