I have a few characters that I abandoned. Decent gear and in a scary place.. I let my buddies play those guys. I don't care what happens to them.

Good way to stay interested, play a character till you are bored with him, then ditch him in a scary place and laugh as your friends try to play xD

Yes , crisis is over:) and not only that , i also killed the gaping dragon , 25000 souls! Luckily i listend to Serious_Much's advice, instead of starting over in a nowhere situation i'm a big step forward:)

seriously though, you getting through this has probably helped you a lot to prepare for later game, and it's good you didnt quit on your character

Absolutely, yes , i believe up from this point everything will look a lot less impossible to achieve .But imagine i had listen to the ones proposing to forsake my chara! Now the adventure goes on and i'm down to blighttown!

Way to go man! I'm kinda a little slow in the progress cause i don't get to play it a lot, but i'm sure it's an awesome feeling when you have beaten it!

Just try to get as little help as humanly possible, its more enjoyable that way (spoiled my dark souls slightly through bits of forum help)

Hence my demon's run is totally solo and blind, having fun with it, though some bits are a *****

Yeah i understand and help wasn't needed until the 1/8 life thing , than i just thought ouuuu snap i don't want to let it end this way and logged in for help and got it. From now on it's gonna be double the fun !
