There are a couple of us that stream dark souls on twitch.tv who set up organized duels fairly often. We have been doing this in the burg during the last few weeks. I for one would love to be part of something more official, so sign me up. GT: SiR10iN. For those of you unfamiliar with twitch.tv, I can stream these duels live and there is a private chat room associated with the stream. Good times, I hope that there is a lot of interest from the wiki to make our already sizable dueling community even larger.

I feel like no healing would be an obvious one. I also don't mind magic, miracles, and pyromancy. However, when it comes to certain miracles and spells such as WoG and TWoP, we should have some guidelines that we all agree to. Along this line, I also feel that chainstabs are bad manners. Otherwise I would HATE to see a 'no backstab' rule. What do you guys think?

I think backstabs are fine but no chain. I also think TWoP should be scrapped altogether.

I would not mind whatsoever to see a no TWoP rule. As far as WoG goes, a 'no spam' rule would be nice, defined as two or more consecutive casts. But maybe you guys would prefer spamming defined as 3 or more consecutive casts. Thoughts?

Id prolly say no more then 2 consecutive cast. I don't much have a prolly with twop if its to set someone up for a spell, like I sometimes use twop to catch someone in gravelord great sword dance then i ll back off and let the spell run out.

I don't feel the need to make a thread right now, but I am highly debating on waging a one man war against the forest hunters for an entire day, possibly making it a repeating event day once I get a new xbox and can keep live membership.

Yay or nay, I wouldn't mind rules or straight up no rules fighting but I have 10 days to do this before my account drops back to silver

I def want rules othwise its just like pvping against random ppl.

Speaking of waging war in forest I got stuck in there for 20mins with constant invades.

Well if we should have rules then I agree with you, no chain BS, WoG spam and to use common curtesy like bowing and allowing to buff, at the start of the fight.

I'm all for no healing, no chain bs, no bs fishing, no spaming spells, being curteous as in bowing and such and waiting till everyone has done their buffs.

yep and also I only chain WOG if some is just trying to BS or parry very annoying

Ill chain wog if someone starts being cheap or if I'm fighting more then 1 person.

So I've been debating on using emotes not only to signal you are apart of this chaos, but also to say what level you are at. I know it would be stupidly easy to abuse, but crushing someone who doesn't have much pvp experiance or is like SL18 just makes me feel bad.

I agree with healing, BSs, and spell spamming for sure. Buffing is one of those odd things that I don't care about but if one or the other does it the fight can easily go their way if things go wrong.

Screw rules, there are no "cheap" spells in Dks, if you ask me everything is allowed except Estus chuging.

If you have Heal miracles use them, they take forever to cast anyway & Twop...lol...that thing lasts 10 sec tops & the guy is just asking 4 a back stab if he's trying to cast it during a fight.
Also, WoG can be easily countered if your fast enough of if you anticipate it.

Anyway, i am totally for some good PvP action, i am almost everyday PvP-ing at Kiln.

Im rly glad to see alot of xboxers coming forth, i think we have a good amount of ppl showing interest and i think its prolly time to decide when we wanna do this. Also is this something we wanna do weekly? Have 1 day a week where we all get to together or ahould we space it out more.

I say, burg, blighttown in the circle at the top of the sewer by the bonfire, for some reason I like new londo drained in the square area( a bit far from the bonfire. We could have 2 or 3 hosts if needed.

The area outside the dukes right before the crystal caves. What else.

Id love to see the blight town arena get used, im game for any place that doesnt have high traffic. New londo works pretty good ive hardly been invaded there.
