xbox and Build Question

I have a sl 80 character that I have been doing pvp with for a while, however I dont run into many people around this soul lvl. sl 120 seems to be pretty popular, my question is that is there a good number of other players at sl 120 on xbox? if so, I was going to bump this character to 120. this is what the build currently looks like

This is what I was thinking of changing to. What are your opinions on this build? Feel free to criticize, and give suggestions on armor, only exceptions are no DWGR, I honestly prefer the fast roll, and pharis hat, just cause I like the way it looks lol.

SL120 is the busiest SL for pvp. Here's what I'd reccomend DMB is honestly inferior to SLB because it does magic damage and SLB does lightning damage. So choose what ever convenant you like. http://tinyurl.com/9qvqrfb

I've been using DMB cause oddly most people I run into have poor magic defense. I should have put what my current build is up there first, because I dimwittedly put strength at 24 (I had a different plan for this build originally) However i do like what you have shown, to bad I wasted those points on strength. Any other ideas?

Your Vitality is way too low, even with the RTSR. You'll be dead before you can dish out punishment.

This way, the 24 strength isn't wasted and you gain an extremely underrated weapon. I wouldn't go with Leo and Red Tearstone, so I picked Red Tearstone because I think it's better. If you want poise (I would recommend at least 31 to avoid stunlocking by Katanas) you could also use the Wolf Ring instead of Red Tearstone.
