Yes, I tried it with a Talisman, then Darkmoon Talisman, then put on the Crown of Dusk and damage still went up. The damage you get though is kinda weak compared to the Fire Variants.

Thanks you, sir! I expected that the damage would be lower than fire tempest. However, it looks cooler. Glad to know it has some form of scaling.
