Messages from...Kaathe

Hello, guys. A newcomer here. I'v read a lot of threads in The Archives, but the one that really got me going was the "There's more to them". There is a section on Oscar, where it is said that he left some messages in Lordran. But is he the only one to do so? As it turns out, no. I've seen that today:

It's probably something that has been discovered countless times before...but I haven't been able to find it anywhere.

The image changes with the rating amount.

If messages reach a certain amount of ratings, the image will change from the undead merchant to knight solaire to lady of darkmoon to Domhnall to Frampt. The image it changes to is based on how many ratings it got. You saw an image of Frampt on a message that had over 1000 ratings so it changed.

From what I know Frampt is the highest rank a message can attain so good job in finding such a popular message!

I saw a buggy message once that said "?BloodMsg?" and had a rating over 30,000. And Frampt was the icon, so he appears to indeed be the upper limit in terms of message image.

Speaking of NPC's, are we ever going to revive that thread? I recently read through it and I have some interesting ideas of my own.

It's always nice to brainstorm with company.
