SL 120 Invader Build

Notice I said invader. This can be used for pvp, but is more geared against the hosts who are not expecting you (or are). This build took into account the possibility of facing gankers, mages, pyro spammers, wog spammers, and great sword users. Collectively these mentioned titles make up the majority of the hosts. It will still do well against other Dex builds, those will be the fun matches. For turtling players, quickswitch to your Shotel of choice and put them down. Onto the build friends

-The Burger King shield nixes pyromancies
-Great Magic Barrier nixes magic damage including MLGS and DMB
-Thorn gauntlets cancel backstab damage if u roll into them as they backstab you
-58 poise for greatswords, plus I like the armor combos look
-Poison Arrows to inflict poison thus slowing the opponents stamina regen
-Chaos blade unbuffed is the highest AR of the katanas at the listed stats, also causes bleed damage faster than any other wep in game.
-Wrath of the Gods for situations where outnumbered.
-Lingering ring extends GMB from 40 to 60 seconds, the duration of DMB/CMW
-solid defense ratings

Yes it is a build I have already made.

Removing the helm leaves one unable to tank a 2 handed greatsword attack unless you add fathers mask and higher poised chest armor.

The Chaos Blade is my favorite katana. It keeps you from spamming due to the minor hp loss which keeps me on my game. You could raise faith to 30 and use SLB on an Uchigatana as a stronger alternative for 60 seconds. I would replace Wog with SLB if doing this.

Still has a nice helm, I like the standard helms look, retains 55 poise which is enough for greatswords.

uses SLB, as a Crest shield will make DMB actually worse than SLB despite its larger buff amount.

My big thing is staying sl 120, as darkwraiths tend to invade up or on their level. Plus I just like being 120 when I do these high level builds.

The one thing here is, you can't bait the parry by using the bow like on the original build. You pull back on the bow and when they rush to attack you easily switch to shield and parry resulting in a sweet looking parry if timed correctly.

i was looking to do DW for the first time. I'm going for number 1 guilty(ps3). This gives me some good ideas.
