Lost my save

I dont know how or what i did, but when i restarted the game my save was lost apparently. 5 hours gone. So annoyed. So very disappointed.

Anyone know if its possible to recover?
Its looking like im just going to have to restart from scratch.

I heard that that was the problem with GWLF (forgot what it was called lol.) So yeah, probably starting from scratch.

You should really backup your saves especially with GFWL.

But just incase they are still there, you should check the save file location incase the game just isn't reading it right for some reason.

This only happens if you have a pirated versions of the game with the incorrect crack. I won't say where to get the correct crack however. So look for it yourself.

If you pirate a game that has GFWL you typically don't need a crack.

Yea, except I bought the game through steam. I have a GFWL online account and have the game registered. So no, I didn't pirate anything. And I made a new save, quit game and reloaded and the save was still there.

I got all weekend so hopefully it doesnt happen again. Just gonna grind it out in the forest till sl 50 or so and get on my merry way with it.
