its a Pyro Spell you can use to buff the Great Lord Great Sword and give it the flame effect.

I'm holding out hope, people didn't think seath's tail was cuttable for a few weeks because it's so dang hard.

That's not exactly true since the player's guide came out on release and clearly stated the details of Seath and the MLGS. doesn't the CE of PtD come with a players guide as well?! You'd think it would have answers to things like the calamity ring, guardian soul, and manus' tail.

P.S. The first time I killed Manus (in NG, obviously), I ONLY hit his tail. Albeit, there's the slight possibility that I didn't hit his tail close enough to the tip or something. Or that you have to be using a particular buff (...yeah right) or something.
