But the Duke's is post LV, which means most NG+ toons will have to go pick it up just to PvP(not that I'm complaining myself, my toons always have the LV because I'm just lazy

It only hinders long range spells and spells like Pursuers and Soulmass aren't affected by it. Most people use close range spells, like WoG and DB, so it also doesn't affect them. However, it may affect long weapon users, like spear and other polearm guys and it may screw up your roll direction if you use DWGR.ChillerHR wrote:Which is...nice?

In the end, it's not worth it and the location is troublesome, because you have to clean the Ikea furniture, have to deal with annoying hollow with Legolas complexes and then you got the pro 360 no scope Chaneller, that sometimes likes to snipe the host. All that + you invader can always high tail it into many annoying mobs, get boosted by Chaneller etc.
