DnD: Dark Souls version!

As you know, we all love and hate Dark Souls, the love of pvp and the epic feeling of killing Ornstein and Smough solo, and yet we also hate it, damn mosquitos and *** *** silver knight archers.
Well before Dark Souls was made, there was a game that was slightly unfair like the Souls series, it was called Dungeons and Dragons, basically a gamemaster would create a dungeon and the players would've to complete it or die trying. Dark Souls sure was epic, but sometimes it limited you, why do I have a 50% chance to get this sword from the *** white dragon? Why must I ring 2 stupid bells to open a stupid gate? Well that all changes here, this is a forum game that follows Dark Souls's original plot and gameplay, only Dungeon and Dragons style!

First of all your character sheet and rules.
For the dice I'll be using random.org
Ok first of all you won't need any class, I'll give you full liberty to create your own class.
Here's the sheet to create it.

Vit 5 (Vitality is the same here)
Sur 5 (Attunement has been replaced by a Survival stat, survival allows you to create weapons or items out of normal materials, for example with some firebombs you could make C4 or something)
End 5 (Allows you to equip more stuff and to resist habitats)
Str 5 (You hit harder and can equip weapons that require strong force...strength also allows you to enslave/beat up/ r-ape things...)
Dex 5 (You handle weapons effectively and you adapt to most situations)
Res 5 (This is now more useful, you will be able to resist deadly toxins, also you will have more poise and won't be staggered easily)
Int 5 (Makes you capable of learning spells, also makes you intelligent)
Fai 5 (Makes you capable of learning miracles)
Chr 5 (Makes you able to persuade people into doing what you want them to do)
80 soul points to distribute

You all start in a cell, but cannot see each other since time in Lordran is distorted, but maybe you could use a time machine... *wink wink*

If you're going to do this, then you should always write in complete sentences. (except for dramatic effect an such)

There are some major problems with this as it is currently set up.

Faith is not Charisma. If you're going to have that as a stat, then make Charisma a different stat.
You haven't stated what values are normal, strong, or weak. Unless 5 (the current default) is the human average, (which it shouldn't be as then people can't have lower-than normal stats)
10 points is also nowhere near enough. You should give at least enough points so that every character can be completely average or min-max those values to have strengths and weaknesses.
Is 'Character' where our 'alignment' (good/evil+chaotic/lawful) goes, or is this our backstory part? This is a major part of roleplaying.
Also, will with be a game that has minimal story in a DnD combat-intensive game, or will its focus be more on roleplay than combat? (or wherever in-between)You also haven't stated the setting at all, (I'm assuming in the Dark Souls universe) which is a major part of character creation. If this is even in the Dark world, does it take place in the realm of the very gods, Lordran? Or does it take place in the average, usual world of Astora, Carim and Thorolund?

That was some harsh criticsm, but still thanks!
I initially added Faith as charisma because of the Warriors of Sunlight covenant, I always thought that the reason why Solaire wanted you to join was because you had high "faith" aka charisma.
Character is both alignment and backstory, I probably should modify that.
As I said before all the main characters start in the cell of the Undead Asylum in Lordran just like in Dark Souls, however the flow of time in Lordran is distorted so characters have a slight chance of seeing each other in the world.
Also 5 is the human average, BUT if you want, you can do like this:
For example I want 15 strength, but I also want to invest some points in survival, so I think and decide to remove some faith from 5 to 3 to increase my survival.
I think I should increase soul distrubution though after rechecking my old Dnd sheets.
Soul points are now 25.
And:
Weak: 1-9
Average: 9-18
Strong: 18-27
Master: 27-??
Also depending on race I will add a bonus

With that, we should have at least 80 points, (including the base 5) not 65. Characters will all be very weak with what there is now.

We don't know anything about equipment yet, and even less about spells. I'm just putting in the in-game equivalent to what I expect to be using.
