Please make sure you read the first 6 pages of this thread which is called the OP (originating post). I would suggest that you take note of who the Council Members are as well as the Covenant Officers. And though you are free to create any build sl you wish (of course). This cove does require that you have a sl 55/60, 80, or 100.
You will find the sl 100 to be the must versatile. Read up just a bit. I explained to Bassman Bob about soul levels.
