I think this should be more actively documented here on the forums rather than the all too hopeless Report system on the 360. Please list any one who you have seen modding (hitting them does no damage etc. etc.) please no flaming them, all that is necessary is the name.

there's two off the top of my head. also if you have any tips to killing save modders that could help someone if they do get stuck with one and have to get them to fall to their death or whatever it may be, post that too.
