Messengers of Velka

Swordiris told me to post on thread about my recent invasions in the Dukes Archives.

I succeeded in about 80% of invasions (failures due to 3 person back stab ganking) although I am quite happy as I defeated about 5 players using the lightning zweihander + havels armor + DWGR + massive vit. I had one free kill because of someone getting knocked off of the huge ladder beside the shortcut.

That is very nice Darkmoon. Plenty of Sinners like to use lightning weapons. They disgrace the name of the great lord Gwyn.

I'm starting to get very wrapped up in tournament fighters atm and I don't know if I can run this right now.

However I still play Dark souls occasionally and want my dream to live on.

I was actually getting onto the forums today to see if a velka covenant existed.

I'm interested in an alliance with your kind. See, though rumors speak that Velka corrupted the soul intended to create a new flame that the Witch of Izalith was using, I don't see it true without proof.

Velka was a Goddess of Dark Faith, and the Darkness is what we aim to create alongside our allies; The Darkstalkers and the Gravsworn.

No, We can not accept your alliance. You are allied with the Dark stalkers. They are the very force we strive to defeat. We don't look favorably on the grave sworn either. Our goal is to eliminate the world of sinners.

Gravelords gain no sin through their actions. We also serve a lord who fought alongside Gwyn. So no reason to dislike us!

^this... The way I see the lore is... It's Gwyn, Nito, Seathe, and Frampt vs. Kaethe, Artorias, Four Kings, and various undead NPC's. The rest of the lore is separate from this warring conflict. Velka, Gwyndolin, and the witches of Izalith have their own agendas.

If someone want to engage a Gravelord in Kombat they'll have to invade us so they are considered to be the agressor......Unless Black Phantoms are bugging them :roll:

I'm quite confused on how you follow Velka then. It seems as if you have not looked much into her history. For her Sin is the greatest Sin of all, and it was made to destroy the age of fire, the fire I hold so dearly.

But alas, your choices are your own.

The demigod Amadeous of Velka had fallen. However due to the evil he had slaughtered in name of the goddess Velka necromancy was in order by the divine followers....

Bringing this failure back to life, if I'm the only member so be it I just like Darkmooning with flavor.
