Yes choose a knight to emulate. Will you follow Viral as a Lord's Blade, me as an Abysswalker, or will you join the Dragonslayers or Hawkeyes who currently do not have paragons yet? Choose wisely as each path is quite different from the others.

So viral are we waiting for the dlc to set sls and rules?

No I can set them up now if you like. I figure we have time to build this cov up so the SL's could be tailored to how the PC PvP scene develops and how the Console bracket change but Ill set it up so it basically allows for

Yeah. I find myself growing more and more fond of sl 99. It offers enough stats to make most builds work but not enough to avoid making some sacrifices. And 120 is always a good choice.

Artorias builds are mildly difficult at 99 Sunlight (especially if you decide he has to have his shield and fastroll) but I will go with whatever is decided.

Is there any consequence to not having the INT/Faith requirements for the cursed sword viral? I ask because I can wield velka's fine without the INT and the magic damage is nerfed. however the cursed greatsword has not magic damage (and murgen seems to think it gains nothing from the faith/int)

Im not sure but if thats the case then you can shift the INT and FTH reqs to Vit, END or STR.

If it works like that Dark will prevail over good once again due to massive SL savings!

Looks pretty good didnt spot it first time through which probably says I am far too tired. Eh. I shall try making one again at some point my original build switched to MLGS because it was more effective on a build with 40/40/40/40
which is depressing.

When you lack the int/dex/faith reqs for a weapon it deflects after every hit. That includes The GSoA as far as I know. Also Artorias isn't that hard at 99.

Insert all the new Artorias gear in the equip slots. The total weight is 48.6 allowing for med roll. Solid enough I think. It could be modified for less health and more damage if desired as well.

Right well mine is of course the Paragon of Ciaran

SL 93 (as of now) with gear simulating the 19.7 carry weight netting me a fast roll.

The Porcelain Mask, Lord's Blade Robes, Lord's Blade Gloves, Lord's Blade Waitcloth, Gold and Silver Tracers! Probably Ill usually be off handing the Gold Tracer but Ill be quick switching in the middle of most fights so i can switch it up.
