HUGE Discover about Dark Sorceries and Manus' Catalyst!!!!! (MUST READ)

Well, we are all aware that some people reported that Manus' Catalyst surpasses the Tin Crystallization Catalyst in terms of spell damage when casting Dark Sorceries (Dark Bead, Pursuers and Dark Orb). Now there have been some tests and doubts because not all people got the same results.

Well, a good Japanese man has been doing tests about this and after looking at his vids it seems that STR scales the spell damage of Dark Sorceries by a small amount. The most damaging catalyst with Dark Sorceries still is Manus' Catalyst, that when compared to the Tin Crystallization Catalyst, still is able to surpass it, even though the TCC has better STR scaling.

That's a great find!

Uh oh, think I have a new reason to get back to my STR/Oolacil build. 16 INT can pay off big these days just to have access to these spells.

Id love to see some numbers with 16 int and 40+ strengh using manus catalyst - if you hit for significantly more than with an oolacile catalyst, then we found its use.

Otherwise its still pretty useless becouse even at 40 strengh 44int you get like 7% more dmg on dark spells compared to the TCC while loosing out on Soul spells.

Kinda figured because Manus was the Father of the Abyss, also the Manus Catalyst can double as a last resort hammer if you dont have time to switch to your weapon.

So your telling me this thing is barely inferior to the TCC and we dont have to go to 32 to get at it... INT is viable guys! *breaks out party gear*
