I think 40 Vit and 40 END would benefit you greatly, maybe put some of them into DEX. You could have a fairly good different weapon with 40 END, 5EL is enough for many spears, the Scythe, a crossbow

I'd bump dex to 40 and put the rest in vit. 145 stamina is fine for such a light weapon.
