Just found it, here it is. Basically the same but without wasted stats. I would switch Bellowing for Wolf Ring, if you are going to be med rolling you need as much poise as possible.

i agree on the ring but i had the strenght n dexterity there so i could use the GLGS n ive already got those upgrades done on my char so i cnt change it even if i wanted to but i do appreciate the help u were giving me
