try a high poise with low damage, could be effective and wins all the lady trolls over. or you could try a magic faith hybrid that could be.....interesting

You can really just tweak it to use whatever spells you want in the game. I haven't tried one of these yet myself but I would assume you would feel like an all powerful wizard

When I get bored I just do an overhaul on all my gear. New weapons/armor, dual weild combos, going skins. That kind of thing. Just looking cool with a new gear loadout is enough to extend my interest a little bit most of the time.

Go for Zorro. Whip, rapier, pharis hat... unsure about the gear. No shield, maybe an offhand rapier once in awhile.

Oh, and you have to jump in and out of combats with multiple people rolling around poking at them.
