    I just noticed something.
    The Calamity ring's effect, the orange ball above your head, is the friggin' Eye of Sauron. lol!
    Might be an easter egg.

    They tell you Sauron died in the first 25 seconds of the first movie/book, I don't think that counts as a spoiler, unless you mean that other time :suspect:

    Kalameet's other eye is in the Ring of the evil eye. And the Calamity ring's effect reminds me most of the fake eyes on basilisks
