delete the Forum cookies?

At the bottom of the screen, near where the member's list is is a tab which say "Forum cookies." If I click it, it will ask if I want to delete my forum cookies, yes or no.

What happens if I select "yes?"

Your forum cookies are basically your session, if you delete them you will be logged out.

So it just logs me out like I normally would log out?

Yes, cookies are small pieces of data the site stores in your computer, in this case the session and such. In practice deleting them is the same as logging out.
