Armour and Regeneration Rates

Any reason the Dark Souls folks don't post this information?

It's a good peice to know, along with Weight and protection capabilities and poise.

If they don't, how do people know? Can you extract it on the PC version in a config file or something? Would love to have accurate numbers when selecting armour for stamina regen. It's important to me and the way I play.

Forum conspiracies. I have confirmed that several members know things that they won't post them. I'm pretty sure someone knows the use of the pendant. Concerning your worries mugenmonkey has a stamina regen calculator.

Me too. Took me forever to figure out on my own though, no one ever told me. You should take the time to try though, it's incredible. I'll give you a hint: The chalices behind frampt in the Kiln.
