New Dark Souls modification makes fire BLUE (and let's you customize to your liking)

This mod modifies fire to be Blue, this includes all pyromancies, weapons buffed with Charcoal Resin, and Quelaag's Firesword. The Dark Flame (a new pyromancy) and the fire from the Abyss Greatsword are not modified.

Also the guy left some guides and readmes to help people customize the fire, so they can give it any color.

Community keeps surprising me.

Geez....what a tease. I want blue fire. Is it lame that this reminds me of zelda for the n64? Wish ps3 could have options like this. Oh well.

When you alter the colour of the flame, I'm assuming it only works on your own machine.

Yes, that's correct. Basically it's a texture modification, so only people who installed the modification see them.

People should bring out texture packs. Like yknow... the "fire" pack or whatever I dono. Point is youd be able to say to your friend "Oh hey im using this pack" and theyd use it too so you can see all the same stuff ingame.

First the texture override option needs to be optimized, otherwise texture packs would cause too much slowdown. Custom textures take longer to load, for example I use the enhanced claymore texture and there's a small delay the first time I equip the item.
