The family masks

You know i'm really happy about the nerf for the family masks. Not because I considered them OP before though, quite the opposite.


I love the masks! I love the way they look and I love their bonuses! Thing was before everyone wore them all the time so it was reeeeeeally nooby looking

Now I can wear them and not feel like a lowly commoner

Even though I don't wear them, I am quite fond of them myself. The MoM and MoC look pretty good in my opinion, and it's even better now that less and less people use them now.

On my first game I used the Mask of the child.

I have an SL50 PvP build that uses the MoC, Grass Crest Shield, Coloranthy Ring, and Green Blossoms, as well as almost full knight of thorns gear. I actually killed another player once just by rolling at them and being too fast to hit.

I would always use the MoM when I played before the dlc, mainly because of the health bonus..... Now I just use the MoC on my main build so i can regenerate stamina without using blossoms or weak shields. (I am not good with small shields/weapons A.K.A parrying)

My thief has the MoC...
Because he looooooooooooooooooves your back.
