Bug while waiting to be summoned

Hello,
While waiting to be summoned, and i must clarify the fact that i dint use any invasion item( covenant ring or red eye), instead of being summoned as a phantom i ended invading some other player world.
It happened already 3 times since i installed the dlc.
Has anyone had this issue.
Can you tell me if it happens when someone tries to summon me or does it happen simply by putting down our summon sign

It happens, simply black crystal out if you do not wish to invade.

Edit. Apologies if my reply seemed a bit abrupt, but I'm at work and so was rushing to get my answer in. This is not exclusive to the DLC, as I've been experiencing mixed up invasions/summons since day one. Anyway, I hope this helps... G

I just wanted to know if it was dlc related issue because its quite annoying to wait for over 30 mn to be summoned and sudenly you invade.

happend to me on PC - i let the host kill me, cause i am a sunbro, and when i invade accidently i still want to help the host ;-)

I did the same.
