Don't believe they do. The silver and gold ones stack if that's what you mean, but two gold or two silver don't stack IIRC.

Can't equip two of the same ring, if that's what you meant.
Otherwise: pretty much everything stacks in this game! If you have two objects that you can use at the same time that have the same effect, they'll stack.

... I found that the Msk of Child, Grass Crest Shield, and the Colarthy Shield seem to not buff my endurance increase speed. I was looking at the abr, and neither combos would let it go higher...

I'm pretty sure they do. Mask and shield, anyways. I haven't tried the ring with the other 2.
Could just be a placebo effect, because I've never timed it or anything, but I swear the bar comes back faster when I'm wearing both!

Having said that, there are items in this game that do not stack with the same effect, for example. The golden serpent ring for Item Discovery does NOT stack with the Symbol of Avarice. Both will not increase your Item Discovery at the same time.
The Silver ring does however stack with SoA.

To add to this, the Symbol of Avarice or the Golden Ring stacks with the humanity bonus, but not both, and they do not stack with each other sans the humanity bonus.

Are you sure the ring and chest-head don't stack? They won't get you above 410, of course, but they probably stack if you haven't reached the item discovery cap, no?
