Help with A Spellsword Build

I'm in dire need of some help with the stats of a build I've been basically trying to perfect over the last week.
I have my gear picked out and spells, but I can't seem to decide the best stats to take. Anyone mind helping?

EDIT: Need to mention that I do plan on getting 1 more attunement slot so I can use another spell. Either Heal or Great Combustion.
EDIT 2: GAH.. the important things always hit you last. I plan on ending at Soul Level 120 or 125

OP, this build needs to be finetuned with a sledgehammer. Unless you are really set on using all those weapons and armor for aesthetic purposes or whatever, you could do much better. So, are you 100% set on that gear, or is it okay if I just scrap your build and give you a basic SL 125 spellsword?

My spellsword.
You can switch the armor and rings. I just like Lord's Blade set on female characters so much I'm willing to wear Havel's.
Like this, you have max spell damage, max Dex weapon damage, max casting speed, can use Pyros like a Q Pyro and can buff as well.

Very strong build, with downsides in Vit and End.

Well, I can change the hands to the Black Sorcerer's and still fit what I'd like for looks. Really was just pulling something out of the blue for the hands.

EDIT: Did a bit of messing around after changing to the Black Sorcerer's and have this

o-o +35% mag dmg with no penalty assuming you plan on going to 100 (since u had css which requries 44 int I assumed)

I didn't change ur spells , soul arrow isnt my style to each their own

edit: also the fury sword is one of the easiest weapons to parry in dark souls, if the mlgs isnt ur thing its fine but dont use the fury sword it is really quite bad

While it is easy to parry, I still use the Furysword because I've become so used to it. And I don't exactly use the quick attack for PvP, instead opting for the dashing uppercut and the rolling attack. If I do use a combo, it's because I've stunlocked you with Great Combustion.

At any rate, your build would be perfect if I was just going to rely on spells, but I'm instead using them as a tool to set up my physical attacks.

Anyway, here's what I've come up with after some playing around.

Fits my love of defense and offense. Invaded a few sinners in Blighttown and was barely hurt by them and their helpers.

only point is avoid fast weapon users and spear users since with that poise ull b stun-locked pretty quick, I have an off-hand spear I use for that exact purpose, dirty I guess but it stop poiseless fast rollers from playing "hit and dodge"

not as sexy in appearance but changing out ur helm for a heavy helm keeps ur fast roll and gives u the 31 poise needed to at least take 1 hit from a fast weapon, also logan's cat is 17 better than sorc and still maintains ur fast roll http://mmdks.com/fs3

Hmmm.. I like. Though there are better solutions than the Golem's Helm. I'm thinking either the Giant's or the Black Iron.
