New spell?

Was just doing some pvp in Darkroot (I'm on xbox). Ran into a guy who ended up spamming a spell that I've never seen before 20+ times before he finally killed me.

He was using a Darkmoon Talisman, but when he casted the spell he raised his arm like you do using a Catlyst. The animation for the spell looked exactly like WotG, but it was black and purple.

It was hitting me for roughly 600 each hit and he wasn't wearing any obvious magic boosting equipment.

I looked up the spells again several times and never came across this, so is it a new spell? Has anyone else run into this?

I am thankful I am not xbox.

It's Dark Force. It's one of the new dark miracles added by the Hacker DLC.

I don't know what that is but it sounds like a mixture of a bunch of different spells all rolled into one.

Video would be nice to get a clearer understanding of what you mean.

its a mod, broke just ran in to this and it kinda sucks but it is avoidable as you can see the second time he casts it, just look out for those cats or any kind of weapon swaping.

well at least you dont have spell swapping like on the ps3(more like weapon swapping actually) btw get your *** on psn glute for some 2v2s.

I like how the tool bows at the end like he is so filled with "honor".
