The guy kind of looks dead...a little...undead 8) nah I'm kidding that was terrible, In all seriousness though he does look like some sort of undead king. Perhaps a new boss? Mini boss? Character? Guy who drops you key to get out of southern undead asylum?

The very first picture at the top, it show a guy who has a crown that looks exactly like Gwyn's, and he's wearing a robe like Gwyn's. He could be related. Allfather Lloyd or someone else.
