I think it would be cool if they added a feature (after you beat the game) where you can engage in a PVP match 4 vs. 4 where they are all placed on random parts of the world (allies and enemies separated from each-other) and they have to hunt each-other and kill them.

Re: Full map guerilla Warfare
Man, that sounds like a lot of fun to play. From have some serious work to do on the networking stuff though because with the current summon/invasion drop rates setting up an 8-player online match could take several hours. Another question would be: would everyone be vulnerable to PvE (e.g. white phantoms vs. golden phantoms), or would everyone be immune (Darkmoons vs. Darkwraiths - or the world could be empty), or would one side be "hosts" and the other side "invaders"? I'm also guessing that since you'd need one contiguous area some areas would still be off-limits (Anor Londo/The Duke's Archives/Crystal Caves/Painted World, The Abyss, Undead Asylum, and all of the DLC - unless the new game doesn't have jumps like that).

What about being able to incarnate an npc in npc fights? Imagine 10 vs 10 hollow bassed armies in the burg... awesome.

I know! If I'm the last one left on my team and faced with a 1v4 situation, I'm heading to the Abyss and casting chameleon in there!

My Idea would for it to take place in a neutral world where all the bosses are killed, and the NPCs are hostile but they are much easier to kill.
Maybe the matches would be set through some arena mode.

Re: Full map guerilla Warfare
i can dig it but players would over all either gang up on one at a time and **** a player move to next so on or 1v1 seperate fights all over it over all be a hit or miss depending on who is playing. it would suck to be all grouped together and you cant swing because one guy attacking you and another attacking your friend right next to you would probably hit you too on the out swing and it would just be a great rage fest >.<

Some of the best moments of Dark Souls happen when different types of invaders are present (Darkwraith + either Darkmoon, Forest Hunter, or Gravelord), and you get a 3-way free for all. I hope they retain this type of action in Dark Souls II, where there can be more than 2 players battling it out.

True, those free for all situation can be really fun, I bet they will keep it. I do think they really need to improve the network coding and make it possible to have some big team fights as others suggested or at least some sort of co-op invasion where you can team up with a buddy and invade the same guy together, as long as he got at least one white phantom that is, because ganking is not cool.
