why Anger @ Black flame?

I tested black flame and even with 61 poise I was staggered. At 62 I was not.
Also, not cheap at all man. Both Kats and AoE spam have EASY methods to defeating them.
How to beat Kat spammer- tank parry
How to beat BF spammer- dodge 8 times (not too hard) or roll bs
Vow of Silence, Str tank trading hits against BF, and spears all get honorable mentions as viable strategies to defeat dex pyro.
