The Chatango is actually on the Wiki.
I think a concern is for moderation, during events we will have a chat set up at the top of the forum but it is only ever left up for as long as an Admin is on, as soon as no admins are on it goes down.

We looked into embedding the chatango into the forums as well but it doesn't quite work out. For now it's embedded on the wiki. I just keep it open in its own tab.

I don't think it's necessary on the forums to be honest. The forum is a bit more for discussion and focused debate, while the chat is very much just people looking for quick help or for people to pvp/coop with
