DLC -Content - need info please

I'm not sure your post is in the right session of the forum.
Did you do all the steps requiered to access the DLC :
- Kill the hydra in the forest
- Reload
- Kill the crystal golem and free Dusk
- Summon her (never really sure weither it's requiered or not)
- Kill the crystal golem in the archive and get the pendant

If Dusk is still summonable in the forest and you don't get the pendant, you probably have an issue with the DLC installation. I don't see any other explanation.

If she's not summonable anymore, still don't get the pendant and you are sure the DLC is correctly installed, your save file might be corrupted or this could be some kind of game breaking glitch.

Afaik the dlc game patch is not region region specific, but the dlc unlock code is. So you can download the game patch from anywhere, but you have to buy the dlc unlock from the online store that corresponds with the region of your game version. There should also be some info about what game version it supports on the page where you buy the dlc from ("This add on content is only compatible with game disk Dark Souls (BLAS 50397)"), so check what your disk version is. If I understood it correctly, the game will show the prompt "Checking downloadable content" when loading the game if the dlc unlock is installed and working.
