The Woes of invading up.

Invaded township at 50 I expected to get mostly people a bit higher than myself.

Ran into a level 200 with the DSS. We traded blows my Demon's Spear doing a whooping 92 damage. his smashing me for a little over 600.

The Township is very bad for high SL hosts for some reason. I invade at SL 120, but it seems that the levels jump from 120~130 all the way to 500+.

Township sucks for pvp anyway. Small area and way too many tryhards.

The Township has been the best place for PvP for me besides the Moonpit.

^ This right here. Township has replaced both the Burg and the Kiln, at least for me. Other than that I use the Moonpit for FC type dueling, and the forest if I feel like a good ol' fashioned brawl.

Township is normally the one place that you get "tryhard gankers". I normally invade at 75 around there and at one point I asked one of the people I invaded what level they were.

SL 150.

Best levels for Township is 80 and 99, 80 if you think you're going to be invading people around that level, 99 is as high as you should go, any higher and you'll most likely start running into gank teams.

Gankers in the Township are so bad....I think I've won more 2v1's and 3v1's there than I ever have in the forest!

Yes, it's true that they are bad.
The only time I ever lose to gankers is when one of them have a Stone Greatsword or TWoP.

I run into gank teams regardless of what level I invade at the township. No big deal really. If you can get away you can still use the environment to your advantage if they haven't already killed all the enemies there.

I've fought SL 700's before, they tend not to be to great at PVP.

I had a legit SL 666, deleted it just a few days ago.
On a side note, 500 points. :S

It's all about skill, it doesn't matter if every stat is 99. Chances are the same as every player if your fighting someone who is good at PVP.

Nah. I'll never let my posts eclipse my points.
I had a max level and I was using my usual setup, with the exception that I had Guardian Gauntlets instead of Silver Knight Gauntlets.
I can tell you right now, my damage output was the same, but I won EVERY single fight, only because of my HUGE HP value.
